செந்தில் முருகன் ஏஜென்சிசஸ் புதிய இணைப்புவீட்டு உபயோகத்திற்க்கு 14.2 கிலோ எடை சிலிண்டர் உடனடியாக கிடைக்கும். 

கீ ழ்கண்ட ஆவணங்களை கொடுத்து பெறலாம்.

சிலிண்டர் டெலிவரி வாங்கும் முன்பு பரிசோதனை செய்வது அவசியமா?

ஆம் சிலிண்டர் வாங்கும் முன்பு கட்டாயம் பரிசோனை செய்து வாங்க வேண்டியது அவசியம். இதை PDC என்று அழைக்கிறோம் (Pre – Delivery Check) 

a) சிலிண்டரின் எடை:- 

சிலிண்டரின் மேல் உள்ல பாதுகாப்பு வெள்ளை மூடியில் சுற்றப்பட்ட சீல் சிலிண்டரின் எடை 14.2 கிலோ மற்றும் 5 கிலோ அளவை உறுதி செய்கிறது.

சீல் உங்கள் கண் முன்னால் உடைத்து வாங்கவும் இதை தவிர நீங்கள் விரும்பினால் எடை கருவி கையிலிருப்பதால் எடைபோட்டும் காட்டுவார்.

b) வாயு கசிவு:-

சிலிண்டரின் மேலே பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ள சீல் அகற்றப்பட்டவுடன் அவர்களிடம் உள்ள ‘O’ Ring detector வாயு கசிவு கண்டுபிடிக்கும் கருவியின் துணையுடன் சிலிண்டரில் ‘O’ ring சரியாக உள்ளதா என்பதை உறுதி செய்கின்றார்.

c) சிலிண்டரின் வால்வு கசிவு:- 

வால்வு கசிவு கண்டுபிடிக்கும் கருவியை பயன்படுத்தி வால்வு கசிவு இல்லை என்பதை உறுதி செய்கின்றார்.

d) ரப்பர் குளாய்:-

ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் சிலிண்டர் டெலிவரி வாங்கும் போதும் டெலிவரி மேனை ரப்பர் குழாய் பரிசோதனை செய்யச் சொல்வது அவசியமாகிறது.

ஆதார் மற்றும் வங்கி கணக்கு அவசியமா?

14.2 கிலோ எடை சிலிண்டர் மற்றும் 5 கிலோ எடை சிலிண்டர் அரசு மாணிய தொகை பெறுவதற்க்கு ஆதார் அட்டை மற்றும் வங்கி கணக்கு அவசியமாகிறது.

உங்கள் தொலைபேசி எண் எப்படி மாற்றுவது?

எங்கள் அலுவலகத்தை  0461 – 23377601/ 0461 – 2375255/ 0461 – 2375265 என்ற எண்களில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு தங்களின் தொலைபேசி எண்ணை தெரிவிக்கவும். அலுவலுக பணியாளர் தங்கள் தொலைபேசி எண்ணிற்கு ஒரு OTP எண் அனுப்புவார். அந்த OTP எண்ணை கொடுத்து புதிய தொலைபெசி எண்ணை பதிவு செய்யலாம்.

கைபேசி அவசியமா?

கேஸ் புக் செய்வது எங்கள் அலுவலகத்தில் நேரடியாக பதிவு செய்யும் முறை தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே நீங்கள் IVRS/ SMS/ WhatsApp/ Paytm மற்றும் Online Portal- ல் புக் செய்வதற்கு கைபேசி(Mobile phone) அவசியமாகிறது. Land Line தொலைபேசியில் DAC/ OTP எண் வராது எனவே கைபேசி அவசியமாகிறது. 

DAC/ OTP எண் சிலிண்டர் டெலிவரிக்கு அவசியமா?

ஆம், உங்களது சிலிண்டர் லடெலிவரிக்கு DAC/ OTP எண் அவசியமாகிறது. இண்டேன் முழுமையான இணையதளதில் இயங்குவதால் சிலிண்டரி டெலிவெரியை உறுதி செய்ய DAC/ OTP எண் அவசியமானது.

ரப்பர் குழாயின் ஆயுட்காலம் எவ்வளவு?

சுரக்க்ஷா என்ற ஆரஞ்சு நிற மூன்றடுக்கு பாதுகாப்பு ரப்பர் குழாய் 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை மாற்றபட வேண்டும். டெலிவரி வாங்கும் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் டெலிவரி மேனால் பரிசோதனை செய்ய வலியுறுத்தவும் ஒருவேளை அடுப்பு அல்லது ரெகுலேட்டர் முனையில் மாட்டப்பட்ட இடத்தில் ரப்பர் குழாய் விரிசல் விட்டிருந்தால் உடனடியாக மாற்றி விடவும்

How do I get a new LPG connection?

Chenthil Murugan Agencies provides new LPG Connection for household use in the form of 14.2 kg ad 5 kg cylinders. Documents required are as follows:

    1. Aadhaar card (Mandatory)
    2. Bank account details (Mandatory to get Government’s LPG subsidy)
  2. Address Proof : (Any one of the below) 
    1. Ration Card
    2. Voter ID Card
    3. Driving license
    4. Telephone bill/ Water tax receipt/ EB receipt
    5. LIC Policy
    6. Bank Loan Document
    7. Passport

Is it necessary to check the cylinder while receiving it from delivery boy?

Yes. It is very important to check the cylinder for following parameters, while receiving it from delivery staff. This process is called PDC (Pre Delivery Check)

  • Weight of cylinder: The white safety seal on top of the cylinder, confirms the weight of the 14.2 kg and 5kg cylinders. It also confirms that the cylinder has not been tampered with. Kindly get the seal removed in your presence. Apart from this, our delivery staff also carries a portable weighing scale. The cylinder can be weighed and checked, if required.
  • Gas leak:  Once the white seal on top of the cylinder is removed, our delivery staff will check for gas leak with an instrument called ‘O’ ring Detector.
  • Valve Leak: Our delivery staff will also check for any leak in the valve with an instrument for the same.
  • Rubber Tube: During every cylinder refill delivery, please get the condition of your rubber tube checked by our delivery staff.

Is Aadhaar card and bank account details necessary?

In order to get a 14.2 kg or 5 kg LPG connection along with government subsidy, Aadhaar card and bank account details are mandatory.

How do I change my registered mobile number?

On confirming the OTP received on your mobile to our office staff, your new mobile number can be registered.

Is having a mobile phone mandatory for LPG connection?

Currently we are not allowed to take manual refill bookings at our office in person or through landline (As DAC/ OTP number cannot be received on a landline). Hence it becomes mandatory to use a mobile phone to book through IVRS/ SMS/ WhatsApp/ Paytm/ Online Portal.

Is DAC/ OTP number necessary for cylinder delivery?

Yes, Indane works on a centralized platform. To confirm that the cylinder has delivered to the right customer, a DAC/ OTP number is sent to the customer’s registered mobile number. Kindly disclose this number to delivery boy on receipt of cylinder. Only then we can close your bill as ‘Delivered’.

what is the life time of a rubber tube?

The orange colored, three layered, Suraksha rubber tube has to be changed every five years. Every time you receive a refill cylinder, request delivery boy to check the rubber tube condition. If there is any crack in the rubber tube near the point of contact of stove or regulator, it has to be changed immediately.
